How to play: Loose letters
The controls
Select tiles or type on your keyboard, then press Check. Select an answer letter to remove it, or use Erase to remove the last one. Shuffle changes tile positions while keeping your answer.
A little strategy
Use the theme to narrow down meanings. Look for familiar endings and letter groups. Hint keeps a correct beginning and adds one letter in place; the final result shows how many hints you used.
What if the letters form more than one word?
Find the word chosen for the theme. Some letters form more than one real word; Hint helps identify the selected answer. Daily mode shares six words for the date, while free play offers another selection.
Where is my progress saved?
In this browser’s local storage. It is not sent to a server or synced between devices. Clearing browser data or using private browsing may remove it.
